I don't post my entire resume here (if I'm applying for a job with you, you already have it). Instead, here's an overview of the main areas I work in and related skills/experience.
Mostly, I worked in broadcast traffic. That has nothing to do with flying in a helicopter reporting on rush hour. It's also called "inventory control" and basically has to do with scheduling commercials and other interstitial material. It's often part of the sales department. It mostly involves creating broadcast and record logs and fending off AEs and MCOs. ;)
After getting my first MA, I started teaching college. Then I got an MFA. Still teaching college. However, I recently went into administration full-time at UT, which I'm very excited about. It does, however, guarantee I have no life.
Since the mid-eighties I've done a lot of on-camera work, which you can find on my Acting page. Again, now that I'm working two jobs, I probably won't be doing a lot of that for a while. As for my freelance writing gigs, they are on my Writing page, of course. I've also done some work in video production (shooting, editing, producing, writing).
Writing/Content Creation
Other jobs I've held over the years:
Cashier
Vet tech
Animal behaviorist
Technical writer/editor for structural engineering and geotechnical consulting firm
Transcriptionist
Martial arts teacher
Podiatric medical assistant
Geotechnical lab assistant
Mystery shopper
Restaurant hostess/busser/food runner/prep/cashier/bartender (they used the term "hostess" loosely)
Advertising sales
Anchor of online news segment (read a teleprompter)
Disc jockey
Pet sitter
